Fantastic experience! I called RC Willey and got ahold of Jonathan in the appliance dept. I made an appointment with him. We came in and with his help we purchased a washer and dryer. It went quickly and smoothly. They offered to deliver them the next day. They came and the installation crew was quick and friendly. This was a flawless, great buying experience.

We have shopped with RCWilley over the years. There prices are reasonable, the sales are good. They will carry the payment with no interest for a fair length of time. They will deliver promptly - appliances were installed and old appliances carried away. We have always had salesmen that were competent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable - And we were always treated like intelligent adults.

Sales associate Keenan was very knowledgeable in Electronics & was able to assist & resolve my issue. He went above & beyond normal customer service to make sure my issue was fully resolved. I will continue to shop at RC Willey because of staff like Keenan and his Managers that really do care that their customers are ready to purchase again from RC Willey.
