I was greeted at the door with a kind smile & "How can I help you?" I told him what I needed to get & he immediately got Francis to help me. When I had chosen my sofa, Francis walked me to customer service,introduced me to Anna so I could pay. She was friendly, cheerful, engaged in conversation with me...I felt as tho I was speaking with a friend. She answered all my ?'s with such a kind attitude. Very rare in this time of "I can't be bothered attitude from so many places.
