The associate Michael C. was courteous, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole buying process was delightful and made very easy even though we had some hesitation selecting fabric. I'd be happy to recommend Michael and RC Willey to others looking for furnishings. My only complaint is that they would not deliver our special ordered furniture to my home only 30 minutes from an authorized delivery city of Jackson, ca.
Our sales person, Travis ****, is great. He helped us with our stove last year. And helped us with our refrigerator and microwave this year. No pressure. Just helpful.
The sales people were great. They have a wide selection of furniture. The checkout was terrible you have people waiting in line 2 windows open one older lady closes her window five people behind the counter talking to each other not helping almost walked out and cancel my order Several people in line we’re ready to leave manager needs to fix the cashier window promptly!
Mr Lonnie was very helpful. Both tables of which we were interested, he told us all about them and even put in the leaf and took it out again. Just to show us how each one works. We have always liked RCWilley’s quality. And costumer service is great! That’s why we went back for a table.

The service received from Rod was very good. Besides the faulty control switch he found a loose bolt under the seat section and tightened it. not having the proper control, he attached a temporary control until the proper control could be ordered, Thanks to Rod our chair now works like it should...
