had what i wanted and were knowledgeable without being pushy
This was my 3rd time shopping at the RC Willey in *******, **. All of my experiences have been positive. Staff friendly and willing to help. **************** was helpful and respectful in showing me the different mattress and adjustable bases. After delivery, I needed to call and spoke to ******. Told him I needed to have a tech come out and install the legs on the adjustable base (delivery didn't install them but instead set the adjustable base on my bed frame) and ****** scheduled the appointment. ****** came out today, re... read more
Awesome, fantastic, and acted quickly to serve my needs. My order was done with great respect and very warm and friendly. Actually, the best response from anyone I have dealt with. I have been with RC Willey for over ********************************* my home is from them. I have never had a bad experience with them. After selling all my furniture and moving here from ** I had serious concerns. I assumed with all the supply chain issues we are having that I would be sleeping on the floor for months to come. **** in the ********* store was great. he put up with all my crazy ideas and did nothing but help. All my furniture was in stock and was delivered in 2 days. Wow!. Thanks again ****. You are now my furniture guy for my new home. *******
