After selling all my furniture and moving here from ** I had serious concerns. I assumed with all the supply chain issues we are having that I would be sleeping on the floor for months to come. **** in the ********* store was great. he put up with all my crazy ideas and did nothing but help. All my furniture was in stock and was delivered in 2 days. Wow!. Thanks again ****. You are now my furniture guy for my new home. *******

Shopping at RC Willey is a wonderful experience. Within the year, Ive purchased furniture, appliances and electronics. I am greeted with a personal shopping assistant in each department who is knowledgeable of the products. These assistants provide a cell number so I can call for updates all the way through delivery. Have not needed assistance with returns. Check out is simple with the cashier. Then here is where the difference comes in. They text about delivery details (what, when, two hour time frame).
