I was late one day paying my bill. The customer service department was wonderful. They took off the late fee and changed my due date to better serve my needs. I love shopping there!

Bought a refrigerator, transaction from start to finish took about 25 minutes. Promised delivery the next day between 9-11 am. Was delivered and set up at 9am as promised. What more can you ask for?
