Good overall. I went last night and they stopped carrying the brand of office furniture I purchased from them just 2 years ago. I was bummed out as I wanted to get the lateral file cabinet and now I have to try and find it elsewhere.

Our Salesperson was tactful, patient & informative, She listened to our concerns & worked with us on trying to find something within our price range and size. Our intention was to purchase an LG but the models available were too large in capacity for just just my husband & I. Settled on a white 68” height Whirlpool ‘, side by side’. We were able to get this unit in white at a lower price that the stainless which was a bit of a surprise since at Loews, there was a $300 up-charge for white and a month delay for delivery.
