We were looking for a sectional couch and were fortunate enough to be paired with Sales Representative Michael ********. He asked what our requirements were and then proceeded to show us the different displays. Michael was respectful, engaging, knowledgeable and patient while answering all our questions. We were delighted to find the perfect sectional couch as well as a beautiful rug, (your designers do a great job), which will be delivered by month end. Salesman was very nice and not pushy to make the sale. Answered all our questions directly. Delivery guys were early, quick, and very nice.

Craig E is our sales person. He always has our best interest in mind when we need anything in appliances. He is a friend. We have always received a price we are happy with and we love what we have purchased at R C Willey. The only place we will shop.

The RC Willey in Delta shores Sacramento is incredible. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everyone I spoke with was and informed employee. Building was clean. All the furniture was good quality and reasonably priced. I bought a clearance couch and ended up not fitting through my doorway. However the manager was super helpful and was willing to give us full credit back to purchase a smaller couch. Special thanks to Linh Tran and Bernie Serratos for their help in the buying process.
