WOW, just got back from R.C. Willey and was fortunate to meet David ****, Sales person. He was informative, helpful, sense of humor and a delight to assist my wife and I in the selection of a bed and mattress. Gave choices, pros and cons and suggestions. Highly professional and a welcome relief. He may or may not work in different areas of the store, but the next time we come in to update our furniture we will be looking for David.

Great customer service. Van was so informative. I wish prices were a bit less, but they do have a great variety. Like that they have a snack bar too.

The sales people are always very helpful without pressuring. We like the option that enables us to return the item in a few days if it doesn’t fit our style or room configuration.

"James ****" was terrific. He helped us find the sofa set we planned on looking for, and then he showed us similar choices in the showroom. After making comparisons of various groupings, We were thrilled to find an outstanding sofa set which we purchased immediately.
I came in to purchase a bed after looking at several other stores. One of the best ever customer service reps I have had. He name was Jett and helped me with all my questions. I would recommend my friends and family going to RC Wiley based on his customer service alone. Thank you Jett!
