I was greeted at the door with a kind smile & "How can I help you?" I told him what I needed to get & he immediately got Francis to help me. When I had chosen my sofa, Francis walked me to customer service,introduced me to Anna so I could pay. She was friendly, cheerful, engaged in conversation with me...I felt as tho I was speaking with a friend. She answered all my ?'s with such a kind attitude. Very rare in this time of "I can't be bothered attitude from so many places.

Always find what I’m looking for! The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If there’s ever a problem (not often) it’s addressed in a timely manner and resolved. It’s my go-to store.
