I was very pleasantly surprised that R.C. Willey gives you 14 days to try, look and enjoy your purchase without charge if returned. My hesitancy with purchasing from other stores was this stumbling block. I was also happy to find they do carry some upper quality furniture which is what I was looking for. I will keep them in mind for future purchases.

My salesperson was very helpful, scheduled delivery and called to confirm information was correct. I had called customer service number to change contact person from my client who was out of town to myself. Because of Pams follow up we discovered that change had not been made. She corrected it, delivery was completed by your delivery men efficiently and on time. Pam called me the next day to insure all went well. I will use Pam and RC WILLEY again with pleasure. The purchase was great. My product was not delivered when promised. I have to wait an additional week to get my new bed delivered. Not happy about that. The salesman was great in the store. Customer service is really great
