I was very pleasantly surprised that R.C. Willey gives you 14 days to try, look and enjoy your purchase without charge if returned. My hesitancy with purchasing from other stores was this stumbling block. I was also happy to find they do carry some upper quality furniture which is what I was looking for. I will keep them in mind for future purchases.

My salesperson was very helpful, scheduled delivery and called to confirm information was correct. I had called customer service number to change contact person from my client who was out of town to myself. Because of Pams follow up we discovered that change had not been made. She corrected it, delivery was completed by your delivery men efficiently and on time. Pam called me the next day to insure all went well. I will use Pam and RC WILLEY again with pleasure. Thank you ********* ******

The purchase was great. My product was not delivered when promised. I have to wait an additional week to get my new bed delivered. Not happy about that. The salesman was great in the store. Customer service is really great

We walked into the store knowing what we wanted but not where to go. A salesman asked to help us. Found exactly what we wanted, wrote up the order for us and told the warehouse we were coming immediately to pick up our order. Picked up order at the warehouse went on our way home. Put the chair together and found it to be very comfortable. Very happy with our purchase. Plan to return again when we need any kind of furniture.

The sales associate (Vic VD - #*****) was very knowledgeable and helpful! The purchasing process was great as well. My only concern is the fact that it will take about 1-week to deliver my new furniture. I only live 15 minutes “at most” away from both the ROCKLIN store it self and/or their delivery warehouse, which is also located in ROCKLIN. I think that 48 hours would have been more reasonable. ******* **
