I recently made a deal with Kevin W*****, my in home sales rep for new wood floors. Kevin was a man of his word, no hidden pricing. We ran into issues with an uneven sub floor and Kevin had the problem resolved & completed within 24hrs. He promptly returned phone calls and made sure the project was done on budget and on time.
