I always go straight to Rite Rug when replacing flooring in my home or rental property. Jeff B*** is so friendly, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I feel I get a great value, therefore no reason to shop around
Had carpet and vinyl planking installed in my home. The installers showed up past 4pm for both the carpet install and the vinyl planking. Did not really appreciate that as they were at my home past 9pm on school nights. Did have some issues with the install. Some of my trim was not finished, the tub was not sealed and some of the trim did not match. Also had a piece of the old flooring showing around the bathtub. Fantastic customer service. Veda Green at the Westerville location went above and beyond to help us get carpet installed in time for a family function after being let down by a big box store. Great carpet, installation and for a great price. Purchase to installation in less than 48 hours, doesn't get any better than that!!
