Three guys showed up on time knocked out **** ft. of basement and 12 stairs in 4 1/2 hours. They even moved some things they didnt have to. And the price was great thousand dollars cheaper than anybody else with my veterans discount. They cleaned up all the trash vacuumed and I gave them a nice tip. I am very pleased with the job. The carpet looks great and feels great. I can walk around my basement barefooted. I think is the first job Ive ever had that was on time and under budget I would definitely use them again.

The staff was very efficient and courteous. They arrived at the appointed time. The completed the job very close to the estimated time. Cleaned up and removed all trash/old flooring and hauled it all away. Very pleased with my floors.

Deplorable Experience Avoid Royal Flooring I question the legitimacy of the 4.9-star reviews Royal Flooring has online. Very bad company. We had 3 bedroom floors redone. Had carpet pulled up and replaced with laminate flooring. They left a lot of black spots on the baseboards and the material of the laminate is bad theres a lot of spots (when wet) where it looks like it wasnt coated the in the entry way of bathroom the piece of wood they put between rooms doesnt fit I cant close my door. This is the most unprofessional company in the city of *******. The work is deplorable. The lifetime warranty is a fabrication that they do not honor. The nightmare began on day one when I was unable to communicate with the installers because of a language barrier. They used the wrong color stain. Then proceeded to go over that stain with different color. The stain was supposed to match my existing trim and doors. Royal Home Flooring Company should be put totally out of business. just about every complaint against Royal Home Flooring Company is separations in the flooring that was installed in most people homes.
