From the start I new we did the right thing in hiring Royal. Our **** *************** explained the whole process and then set us up for success. We had a tight time schedule as we were redoing the whole 1st floor and we had existing hardwood floors. *** recommended that we could feather in the new with the existing, sand down the floors, and finish the floors to our choice of stain--we went natural. THEY ARE GORGEOUS! Exceeded our expectations.
During the month of October we Had our hardwood floor refinished, We were very pleased from start to finish. refinishers were very polite, and professional. They cleaned up when finished. After a week they called and asked if we were satisfied. We have no complaints and we would certainly use them again.

I highly recommend Royal Home Flooring. My experience from start to finish with Sal at the office, Joan our sales rep and the carpet installation crew was great. The new carpet looks great and was reasonably priced.
Hired Royal Home Flooring so they can install hardwood floors for my stairs. They arrived on the scheduled date at 8 am and started the work. They removed my old carpet and did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. Overall it took them 2 days to get the job done. The end result was amazing. It turned out better than what we expected. They put great amount of detail into their work and communicated well throughout the whole installation process. I would highly recommend them.
Overall your project was a success. We love the look of our new floors. We had a few small problems with the installation but the customer service team was ale to help us solve them in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with the job Royal Home Flooring did installing my carpet yesterday. They showed up in a timely manner and made sure they put down covering on the areas they would not be working but walking on. After they stripped out the old carpet, they replaced the nailing strips and the metal strips at all the doorways and did a great job of cleaning the bare floors.
