We are very happy with the work we received. We had hardwood floors installed and they came out beautiful. They did the work quickly and efficiency. I would recommend them!
We were very pleased with our selection of Royal Home Flooring to install beautiful top-of-the-line oak hardwood flooring on three floors of our Victorian style country estate. They also installed/finished/stained three grand oak stairs cases. The floors are absolutely beautiful, the craftsmanship of the installers was exceptional, and the support from the sales staff was outstanding.
Sal was very professional. He was on time took a look at my projects and came up with a bid on the spot. Sal squeezed my project in days before our baby was due! We truly appreciate royal flooring for being able to do our steps and baby room so it was all complete. They also provided financing which could be done on the spot. The installers were early did a great job and cleaned up their mess when they were done. I would use them again.
The Royal Home Flooring staff, from point of sale to Office and installation, were courteous and efficient. I would recommend them to all friends. I love my new carpeting. Also, good value.
I contacted Royal Home Flooring for new carpeting throughout my entire home. I worked with Sal, who was great. He came promptly and quickly for the measurement and quote. He brought a few different carpet pallets to select carpet from based on my needs. He actually got me a great price on the carpet I selected compared to other quotes I received. We recently replaced the carpeting in our entire house due to a pet. Frank, Royal Home Flooring’s estimator, was knowledgeable, helpful, and has a great sense of humor (he stated “pets are my best customers”). The installers were professional and did a wonderful job. They even helped me clean out my China cabinet. Rachel, who works in the office, was just as wonderful and accommodating. I recommend Royal Home Flooring most highly.
What an experience it’s been working with Royal Home Flooring!
