I bought a used 2013 Kia Rio from Rusty Wallace Kia-South in February 2016. This was my first car buying experience and the staff made it enjoyable. My sales rep was Adam Fair and he did an excellent job helping me find a great car in my price range. Tom and the other guys at Rusty Wallace Kia - Alcoa have been awesome! They took great care of us from beginning to end! My husband and I purchased our first Kia ever, for either one of us. The experience overall was great but we encountered a small "glitch" after delivery. I was ready for a fight when I got to the dealership 2 days later. Not only did the Sales Manager exceed my expectations in a quick resolution but "wowed" me when I was introduced to the entire service team, which I will add were over-the-top friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership!!
