My husband and I purchased our first Kia ever, for either one of us. The experience overall was great but we encountered a small "glitch" after delivery. I was ready for a fight when I got to the dealership 2 days later. Not only did the Sales Manager exceed my expectations in a quick resolution but "wowed" me when I was introduced to the entire service team, which I will add were over-the-top friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership!!

I just purchased my 3rd KIA from Rusty Wallace. The staff including our salesman, William Summey & manager Brandon, as usual, provided a great experience. We have just bought our third Kia vehicle from this dealership. Every time we have been there the salesmen are great. Saturday has to be our greatest experience though. Brandon, Tyler, and B.J. were great. They were very informative and listened to what kind of vehicle I was wanting. B.J. took me straight to the 2015 Kia Optima and I feel in love with it.
