Thomas and his installing crew did a an efficient and good job. Simas is a good company. Everyone had a good attitude and was as helpful as I could imagine. I think that Kathy, the scheduling gal did a great job but I think she might need a little backup, especially when there are short turn around messages. She is doing the best anyone can do, I think. The installers that Thomas sent to the house were over the top great guys.
I'm very happy with the staff that came to my house. They were very clean and nice. The work in my kitchen is absolutely beautiful.
The experience was an overall success. David was knowledgeable and the installation team did a great job. The carpet is very good quality and we got it at a better price than the competitors offered.
We worked with a handful of different people who helped us choose, order and install hardwood, shades, and a large rug. Everyone we worked with was amazing! One nice employee (who wasn't my salesperson or installer) even offered to drive my rug home for me after it wouldn't fit in my SUV. I would absolutely recommend Simas.
