We had Simas come out and install carpeting in the upper floor of our house. They had already installed beautiful laminate flooring for us a few months ago so we knew we would be using them again.The carpeting looks great and the installers were very professional and friendly too. Just as with our first purchase our sales consultant Thomas was very helpful, had larger samples set to me, and the price for the quality of our carpet was very fair. He is a joy to work with. One of the best company's I have had the opportunity to deal with. The entire staff is friendly and are there to help with what you want not what they want to sell you. It is refreshing to know that the type of service they provide is still available. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask.
We were working with Thomas I. for a new counter top. We were going to have a new wood floor installed by one of the big box stores but had nothing but trouble. We told the big box store to come and take it out, they couldn't even finish the job. We went to Simas and talked to Thomas and Jen. They were great, gave us great service and were very helpful. Thomas Irwin was our Sales Estimator and, basically, the project coordinator for a recent floor and kitchen back splash remodel. Once the flooring material was decided, which was a Shaw floor, however it was branded through another company, Thomas had to research the product to determine we got what we wanted. We had over 1000 sq. ft. of floor tile removed which we knew was going to be a very "messy" project. What we liked about the bid was the machine that was used to remove the tile, vs a jack hammer! If I could rate at a higher number than 10 I would. We were so satisfied that we were there on Friday to see about some new floors for the two bathrooms, what a great business to work with.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of wool carpet.
I was most satisfied with the installation of the carpet, David H. was the sales estimator and the lady in the showroom was most helpful in making my selection. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results.
