RecommendedGreat job on my carpet, clean and professional
I stopped by today in an attempt to find matching laminate for a repair. Unfortunately we couldn’t find a match, but the lady that helped me, I think her name was Janie, called me back with another idea, even though they couldn’t help! 100% impressed with the customer service!

Nice new store. I went, because I am finishing the basement and wanted to match the upstairs materials purchased here. Karen made it easy. There were a couple mix ups with whether there was enough carpet in stock and delivery was delayed to get it right, but the guys took care of things and in the end the installers were great too and the carpet looks nice. I will go back, knowing that they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

We purchased a new home in Sioux Falls in October. Brand new. Carpet One did the vinyl. 2 weeks after we moved in bubbles started popping up. Went through weeks for claim adjuster to say it was installer error. They removed all vinyl, all appliances, my island, my woodwork and put down same vinyl which was our preferred option as was one of the features we loved in our new home.
