Carpet one made our move much more stressful than it should have been. The prices were very competitive, but they did not keep their promises. The carpet was back ordered and they didn’t tell us. When we discovered the issue, we changed carpet to get it on time. They guaranteed us it would be installed in one day so we could move-that didn’t happen. It took two. The sales people never told the installers it needed to be finished for our move. I’m incredibly disappointed.
We had a terrible experience with the installers that Carpet One sent. First they showed up 4-5 hours earlier than I was told. When we got home that night we found blood on our new carpet and 10+ spots of blood smeared on our freshly painted walls. They were supposed to come back a few days later to finish the install and they didn't show up.
