It was great to work with the dealership team. They all worked together to earn our business and leave us very satisfied with our new car purchase. Subaru has a great product and they represent it well with a friendly and responsive service team and great follow up to make sure you know how to use the technology in your vehicle.
went in to just ask the price of a truck and ended up driving home with it, they’re all great!
Austin my salesman did an excellent job, and his customer service is superb. John Troxler is a lier and crook and should be removed from his position. If he did to me what he did on a VIP EXECUTIVE DEAL, what is doing to the average customer. I do thank Jeff Robertson as well as Howard Franks for making things right, but they shouldn't have to be scrambling around because the finance manager is a crook.
