Austin my salesman did an excellent job, and his customer service is superb. John Troxler is a lier and crook and should be removed from his position. If he did to me what he did on a VIP EXECUTIVE DEAL, what is doing to the average customer. I do thank Jeff Robertson as well as Howard Franks for making things right, but they shouldn't have to be scrambling around because the finance manager is a crook.

Car buying can be a less than pleasant experience! However, I did not encounter any issues or problems. I found everyone to be very respectful, responsive and efficient.
Taylor, my sales person, is phenomenal. No high pressure, very informative. I never felt rushed but she expedited the closing process to not delay me, either. Really appreciate the professionalism, attentiveness and thoroughness. My second car from this dealership - won't be the last.
