The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The salesman helping me, John Graham, was very patient and kind. They also answered all of my questions and had an overall positive attitude. I would definitely come back to buy another car in the future.

This was a bait and switch transaction. I was told by the salesman that the sticker price would be 26,798 (last 3 digits may not be exact number) and my payment would be $570 for 84 months. Went into sign contract with John and payment jumped to $636 with 2 manufacture add-ons plus a maintenance warranty: options-$1030, $1750-extras, $1895-maintenance agreement. I was led to believe by salesman that my price would be $26,000 something NOT over $36,000!! John did call and explained that they do this to ALL their customers. Ba... read more
