Horrible experience. Bought a bed 12/19. Was told it would be in the following Saturday. Came to pick up & it wasn't there. Was guaranteed it would be on the truck for the next day... STILL not there then told it would be another 4 days. Called customer service and they did nothing but make excuses and insist there was nothing further they could do. It is by far the worst furniture outlet in existence, buy there furniture with their insurance, breaks in less then a week still has not fixed the problem and it has been over six months, called me and said they could not get the piece and exchange the sofa and love seat and they would not refund my money. Had to find something that fit my decor and the only thing that did was more expensive...

The company sells products which they don't care about the durability or quality. Bought a mattress from there and tried to have the warranty honored but they refused to honor the warranty as it's stated. Some furniture may be OK to buy but I would never buy a mattress again from there.

Horrible Customer Service I called ahead so they would have my order ready since I had to drive 2 hrs up from Delaware and the did not offer delivery to my area. I did not feel like waiting around for the furniture to be brought out, I asked if it could be ready when I arrived. The women on the phone spoke to me like I was incompetent; asking me if I had my receipt several times (which obviously I brought the receipt)...

No ADA Access I am a person with a disability. I am a wheelchair user. I went to the Phoenix store today, expecting to spend about a thousand dollars on new furniture. The store is completely inaccessible for wheelchair users. Aisles are blocked with tables. Rows of furniture are too close together, and corners are blocked and I got trapped without being able to turn around or get out. Whole sections of the...

The name should tell you everything. I will never purchase another thing from "The Dump". The name should tell you everything. Process to find an associate was annoying. Checkout was fast. Suppose to have our dining room set delivered on Dec 21st except when it came they were missing all of the bolts to hold the table together. After 3 follow up calls from their customer service group, which are totally helpless, we still are...

Use Caution when buying! Selection varies as does quality. Purchased a mattress and am satisfied with my decision, however the promotion indicated a rebate which should have totaled over $100.00. We followed the instructions to the letter and after calls still have not received the rebate money. Customer service after the purchase is not to be expected from this establishment. bad mattresses at the dump the dump is a bad place to do business with. they are so pleasant when you are buying but if you are displeased after with your purchase, they will ignore you. we bought a $4000. mattress there and find it uncomfortable. never purchase a mattress from them-buy your mattress from a mattress store where you get a comfort warranty. our salesman there acted like a long lost friend with us and...
