Stupidity at it's Best My family and I went to The Dump to purchase a recliner. After a few minutes we found one that we liked for 399.00, found a sales associate and began the purchase process. My wife hands over her credit card and the sales person states " we offer 0 percent financing for 6 months." We take him up on the offer and fill out the lengthly paperwork. After 35 minutes I am feeling that my time is...

Not happy...not worth the 'value' Furniture is fine at the dump, what you can find at other stores. But for this experience...it's the service stupid....and it was terrible! So much of what others say, leaving messages with no return call, people telling you that they will call you back and never do. No discussion of what they can do to fix a situation...we know we screwed up but not our problem. Not sure what else to add...

BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE *********************BEWARE****************************** My husband and I purchased a pillow top matress for $1,058.00 last May(2009) It is HORRIBLE. You now feel springs and there are indentations in the bed where we sleep. (We are of normal weight also not that that should matter with a matress purchase of that price) The DUMP customer service fails to contact me back and I call them every...

Overpriced Not impressed, been there many time and found it to be extremely overpriced. I'd rather wait for a good sale at a REAL furniture store!

Dump Furniture Store has lousy customer service. I received a beautiful bedroom set from The Dump on November 8. Unfortunately, they damaged the dresser, chipping the corner along with the finish. I have been calling the customer service line since and still have not heard from the technician, whom they told me would call to set up a time to come out and see if he can fix it. It is now November 24. Maybe they'll call by Christmas. I'm...
