Stupidity at it's Best My family and I went to The Dump to purchase a recliner. After a few minutes we found one that we liked for 399.00, found a sales associate and began the purchase process. My wife hands over her credit card and the sales person states " we offer 0 percent financing for 6 months." We take him up on the offer and fill out the lengthly paperwork. After 35 minutes I am feeling that my time is...
Not happy...not worth the 'value' Furniture is fine at the dump, what you can find at other stores. But for this experience...it's the service stupid....and it was terrible! So much of what others say, leaving messages with no return call, people telling you that they will call you back and never do. No discussion of what they can do to fix a situation...we know we screwed up but not our problem. Not sure what else to add...

Dump Furniture Store has lousy customer service. I received a beautiful bedroom set from The Dump on November 8. Unfortunately, they damaged the dresser, chipping the corner along with the finish. I have been calling the customer service line since and still have not heard from the technician, whom they told me would call to set up a time to come out and see if he can fix it.
