Definitely a five-star experience! I received quotes from three floor stores in the Dublin/Pleasanton area for Armstrong Altura tile. The Floor Store was several hundred dollars less than the others so I decided to go with them. My experience, unlike some other reviewers, was fabulous! Rachelle was thorough, pleasant, gracious and very patient with us while we decided on the color. The subcontractor who installed the 500 sq ft of tile did a great job! Honestly, I couldn't be happier.
