I had a great experience buying my laminate through these guys. They didn't even have the floor I wanted to buy, but they went out of their way not only to get me a sample, they gave me a great deal on it! When they checked stock, it was going to be 3 weeks before I got the floor, but they pulled strings with some company in LA and it was in their store 3 days later. They went way out of...

We had the worst customer experience. We ordered a floor and was told it would be in on the date we selected with the sales person. We called on that date and were told it was delayed two more weeks. I'm not sure why were weren't informed of this. We would have picked a different floor. We …

YIKES! The Service is BAD These are the rudest people that totally lie and when you tell them of the contradiction they insult you that you are being mean and not listening. They want more than 10% down, the home measurer adds inches to the rooms, and then you are told that if you don't put 50% down they can't purchase the carpet. I am still waiting to hear when the installation will be. I'm already out the...

The store provides little at best any kind of service or respect for the customer. No one can help you and leaving messages is a waste of time. I had 12k of wood floor installed and was told by 2 people someone would get back to me, No one ever did. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere.

DON'T GO! We had very bad experience with this store. Their produces are too expensive even though they told us we got a big discount. They tried their best to trick us whenever they could from the size of the order to the price of the side marterial. They became very rude after we placed our order. Our orders came in later than we were told every time. \r \r WHEREVER YOU GO, DON'T GO THERE!

Too expensive They are too expensive!!! Even with 50% discount still slightly more expensive than the other stores' regular price. Do your comparsion and you will know the truth.

Don't listen to their BS Don't listen to their BS! NOT a DISCOUNT at all. It's a snare. Especially their labor. If you do want to go, compare their offers with other stores before you place your order.

The worst flooring stores- Dishonest!!! They set me up in a ""special"" order without telling me it's a special order and the result-no back out. They had their ""specialist"" to over order the material for me- but no return. They had me wait for my order weeks by weeks-much delay than their promise. They made me paid double price for side material-I found out from other stores after the installation. They had someone installed...
