I recently paid for a quote for laminate and carpet, I needed to get this in a hurry before moving in at month end. The sales rep made an appointment with me for two days' time but changed the appointment time twice and eventually sent someone else out to measure up. After spending a lot of time explaining what I wanted in terms of quote the woman failed to pass this onto the original salesman...
Stole almost $500.00 from us, didn't supply product, didn't follow through on anything and they are just plain rude after they have your money. STAY AWAY unless you also want to get burned. I wouldn't have given any stars but it's required on this site.
They charged me the full payment with out my authorization, and only half installed my flooring. My house has been unihabitable for three weeks now and they refuse to answer my phone calls. Basically, they took $5,000 from me and have refused to provide the service. STAY AWAY.
First day carpet to be installed took off a day got a call no carpet they stated that Friday for sure it would be in to install. Another vacation day, received a call at 3:00 pm they had the carpet but the padding was not in. Another date a week later for Saturday storm installer could not come in. Another date for the following Sat. between 8:00 and 10:00. No call no show between that time...
