Best selection and pricing!
I went into Thornton Flooring today at 3:40 PM. I was greeted by the receptionist who reminded me they closed in 20 min. I told her I was aware of this. She said the sales people make her say it. I was led back to an extremely hot location to look at carpet . Probably around 10 min later a salesman came in and looked totally annoyed that I was even there. He was absolutely no help at all. I guess I will definitely be taking my flooring needs somewhere else. Very terrible customer service Thornton Flooring!!

Our salesman, Chris at Thornton Flooring, you let us down. Over 3 weeks ago you were to order a piece of bullnose flooring for a remodel, and said it would take just a few days. 3 weeks later it finally shows. We understand things can get busy, we understand about delays! but communication is key. We called you.... only you didn't answer! We left messages for you... only you never called back. It's customer service that will set you apart, and sadly, you showed us your lack thereof.

My husband & I went to this store two wks ago. Nobody came to our assistance. Yet younger folks entered the store & were being helped immediately? Finally I spoke up asked a saleswoman if someone could help us. We went to the other room filled with hardwoods were told we'd be helped never happened. This is poor business to treat ppl over 60 yrs of age & patronize the young. Wouldn't waste my time ever going back there again. They lacked help & no manager to be found. Save your fuel go someplace else.

Horrible customer service. Also our order took a long time to get, and they never called to tell us our flooring was in. We had to call multiple, multiple times. Will never come here again!!
Very unreliable. Been waiting 2 hours for them to show up for bid. Found carpet I like better at Carpet One. Unless thorton some how can make up for their unreliable service. Carpet One will get our purchase.
We purchased over $4,000 worth of high definition laminate floor. Our sales representative Al Smit told us this floor was better than hardwood floor, more durable, and would last for years. He told us this floor was so durable you could put in the entire house and wouldn’t scratch if you had a lab running on it. When asked how this floor would do around water he said it would be ok, except in standing/flooding water and stated it would do well in bathrooms.
