Ecola sent a very knowledgeable tech, Pat, who not only took care of our issue but he also shared a wealth of information in regard to rodents: their behavior, creating non-favorable… conditons and explaining that our situation is not isolated. Scheduling and timing of arrivals was always communicated clearly and continous.
