I am writing to give a loud "shoutout" to a customer service representative named Gary. I noticed on my bill we were charged for a monthly service, when we should have been charged for every other month. I was upset but Gary went above and beyond to calm me down. He noticed the error was on their end and right away went to speak to his supervisor. He told me it would take a few days for me to see my refund on my account. Service was awesome
Five Star review for the sole reason of they save me 100% of my money. Gave them a call, described my situation with termites, and how they had infested my attic at my townhome. And they suggested I call the HOA, because most HOAs cover attic spaces. I never knew this. Called my HOA, and my HOA paid for the entire termite removal and repair. Terminix and other pest control places, were trying to charge me thousands of dollars for the same job that company basically saved me all that money, All because the phone operator su... read more
