Chris in Customer Service was very helpful and practical when I called to arrange repair of latches on some double-hung windows. He offered a very inexpensive solution -- so I came to the Showroom yesterday and he demonstrated very clearly how I could do the replacement installation myself, instead of paying for a technician's visit.
I did the first replacement this afternoon and it went very well.
I really appreciate the customer sensitive and friendly approach he took and recommend this as a model of good service.

Service After Warranty
I would like to send a shout out to the Service Team member Chris from Window City. I have Window City windows installed throughout my home. I couldn't open my window
s on account that the part I needed to make spring cleaning easier was missing or damaged on 4 of my windows. I reached out through the web site and within the same morning received an email from Chris. I promptly sent him the photo of the Window and the "triggers" that were missing or damaged. He arranged with me within 24 hours to pick up the triggers so that I can open my windows again and finally clean them. It has been years since they were broken or missing and Chris resolved my issue within a 24 hour period! Now, all my Windows are coming from Window City (including my new home) as they have a support team like none other! more »

The tilt latches broke on my hung windows and I needed some replacements. I requested help through the form on the website. Chris from the support team responded promptly and helped me determine the appropriate parts I needed to make the repair. Not only that but when I went to pick up the parts he took the time to show me in detail how to install the new latches. I'm thrilled with the service. Thank you so much! more »

Purchased windows in 2011. Had broken swing latch in 2021. The service manager was very helpful and showed me how to replace the swing latch and provided the replacement parts. Changing the latch was very easy thanks to the training. Thanks very much !!! more »

My windows form Window-City are 12 years old and I have broken some of the thumb buttons. I called the Window-City customer service Dept. and spoke to Chris. He told he could supply these and I could pick them up the next day. Great no hassle service. Thanks Chris more »

We have 10 year old Window City windows in our home, and found that one of the tilt latch triggers was broken. After contacting Window City via email, we found that the had replacements on hand, and we acquired them with ease at their location in Vaughan. I had a dealer who supplied my house with several WINDOW CITY windows.. all of which have a great seal, work beautifully , look great and are easy to mai
ntain and clean. Years later, a tenant prone to breaking other things, somehow broke the top side tabs of a hung window. The dealer had retired, so I contacted the service dept @ Window City directly. CHRIS in service was very helpful and said it needed replacement. HE explained how to do it myself, or if I was able to wait for a moment they could do it for me. It was fixed in minutes, good as new. It is SO reassuring to deal with a product that not only functions and looks as well as they do, but that should anything arise down the line- they are there in a their large showroom, ready to help.
