Excellent service, reliable, perfect timing and highly responsive and robust window Company. We ordered all our windows and patio door from window city. Ray helped us with our order and he was knowledgeable, caring and professional. He advised us about all the details that can affect cost, production time, OBC or even design of windows. Our windows was ready even 2 weeks before the promised day which is rare thing to happen with other window companies. Ray updated us about timing so we can plan other trades accordingly.

Great experience with customer service! I worked with Chris to solve an issue with a trigger on a window of the house that I just bought (the window had been changed over 15 years ago). I couldn't come to the store so I sent them a prepaid envelope and Chris sent me back a few replacement parts for free. I will definitely work with Window city when I will replace my windows on my second floor!

I am a senior and had a great service experience with Window City today. Their serviceman, Philip, not only fixed a new window, but he contacted his supervisor and arranged to service windows that were no longer under warranty - for free. Chris Dadswell was very helpful in providing both the parts and expertise I needed to replace a side clip on a double hung window. The clip and slider had broken during the cleaning process when the window is tilted in for easy cleaning of the outside of the window from inside the house. He provided a video link, BUT also showed me and gave me some tips that made it easy to replace the slider and clip so we are ready for winter
