Awesome customer service and great price and very good quality window and doors

Came in for a set of window tilt latches on a pair of windows they have installed back in 2008, a gentleman named Chris helped me with the parts in less than a minute. He also showed me on how to replace them in their show room. Very clean and professional environment overall.

Thanks so much Window City. The tilt latches on one of our vinyl windows broke, making it impossible to open. I reached out to Window City and Chris from the parts department got back to me on the replacement parts same day. When I visited their Woodbridge location to pick up the parts, reception was so helpful, located Chris who gave me two sets of latches at no charge! Amazing place. Thank you Chris and Window City.

Service department Chris has the best customer service I have experienced, he walked me thru the whole process, had a single hung window latches had broken of , he took the time to show me how to replace them.

I contacted Window City for some replacement pieces that had worn out over time. Chris Dadswell was super friendly, responsive, and found the exact parts I needed. Would highly recommend Window City in the future.

Fast, professional service
I was trying to replace a latch for a window that was installed years ago. Chris not only that came back with the answers to my questions right away, but beyond his duties by giving me the replacement part free of charge!

Many years later after installing all the Windows in my home, I had some broken latches and loose parts on the windows.
Chris was very helpful. He was very responsive, helped me with the replacements, and showed me how to install them.
