My windows are over 10 years. They are in good condition. One window had a tilt lock broken by accident this summer. I called customer service. Do not remember the name of gentlemen I spoke to but he was very helpful and inviting saying that I can get the part if I came to the Window City today. He was ready when I showed up an he did not charge me at all. Wonderful service thank you very much. Bob

We contacted this company because we had a piece of broken window hardware and were directed here. upon hearing what the problem was, we were told to come and get the piece needed. Chris met us and was extremely helpful . He not only gave us the required hardware bur clearly explained how to install it. Thank you , Chris for providing excellent customer service
