My experience was excellent. The company sent someone to my home with samples very quickly. He was very informative. I explained that I needed to have install very soon to be in line with the rest of my remaining home remodeling project. I was assured that they could work within my timeline. My flooring was installed and the project was completed days earlier than we were promised initially. The salesperson, the installers and the customer service staff were all great. Good salesman and installers. The samples could have been bigger and more the one one each kind of floor. The floor we picked from the samples was not as dark as the sample . That was because the sample was one of the darker planks.

The guys were very professional and installed my whole house with carpet. They cleaned up everything upon their leaving. Excellent choice with choosing 50 floor
