From the start to the finish Mario, was so helpful, professional and a such a nice person . I wasn't sure of what type of flooring to get to replace my carpeting. Mario was so patient and really helped me find the right fit for my home. Gabriel and his team did such a great job installing, they worked quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I definitely recommend them and will go back when I replace other flooring in my home.

Jose was very helpful and professional when he came to my home with samples of laminate. The prices were better than Lowe’s. Within a few days of placing the order, two outstanding installers arrived with the materials. Certainly, they went above and beyond to accomplish the task because my street was being paved that day. The men had to carry all the flooring materials and equipment from another street where their van was parked. Tirelessly they worked and achieved a perfectly installed floor within four hours. They left no trace and cleaned up everything. The floor looks outstanding and I highly recommend this company.

Kenny was the first one I talked to about getting my whole house done , he was very personable and gracious put together a deal for us that I couldn't refuse. I wanted good quality and good service and we got both.! I know because I shopped around 10 other carpet places .Our home looks soo sooo much better now ,I love it! If you need carpet or any kind of flooring give Kenny a call today ! Good service and the installer Dany knew his buisness he was great!

We had decided to partially do our floors but once we talked to Gonzalo the possibility of redoing all the floors in the entire house what a great decision we made. They are professional they are fast but accurate, and our house looks beautiful. My husband and I joke that it looks like we have an entirely new house. They replaced all the flooring in the house as well as the baseboards and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend City Floors

Had new flooring installed in in-law suite. Had problems with initial installation. Julian at the Lake Nona store stepped up to the plate and had a new floor installed in a timely and professional manner. No fuss, just did the right thing which exemplified great customer service. I will have any future flooring work done by them.

Kenny did a great job! He was courteous of my time during the quote appointment. He offered different options to meet my price point and budget. We picked beautiful laminate flooring and carpet for the stairs. The installers were on time, careful to keep the areas clean and worked very hard to finish the job. Mario the manager was available and positive to work with you. I have already recommended All Flooring USA to my friends and you should use them too!

I have been extremely satisfied with choosing the Altamonte Springs Flooring USA store for the installation of luxury laminate flooring in my condo. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Joaquin listened intently to what I was looking for. He let me take home some samples and gave me ample time to make my decision. The entire process from measurements, to prep, to installation and then fine tuning before signing off were done in a caring and timely manner. It was a big undertaking for me and I was completely at ease because of Joaquin's & Mario"s attention to details and their desire for my complete satisfaction from beginning to end. My floors are gorgeous and the laminate is everything I desired for my living space. They sell and install a wonderful quality service and product. I also really like that Flooring USA is veteran owned and operated for that did play a part in my choosing this company.

Several weeks ago while coaching youths in the east Orlando area, before and after practices parents and I talk to each other asking "do you know a good contractor for a home project. Surprisingly, All Flooring USA came up several times with very good replies form these parents. As always I referenced BBB Reviews and read about this company. When reading them "All" 46 reviews were 5 out of 5 and mentioning Kenny and Jose as the chosen persons that were credited with outstanding compliments. No other company listed through BBB had that many reviews and "All" 5 out of 5!!! Consequently, we chose them for the conclusion of the kitchen makeover! Kenny was very good in presentation, measurements and a pleasant personality assuring me that the job will be perfect. Jose came to install and explained to wife and I best positioning the tiles with "minimal" wastes and best ascetic appearance. His professional skills in glass cutting (around outlets included) and his eye for perfection from beginning to end (minimal clean up) proved to be the "BEST" finishing touch!!! Jose is as in reviews A WIZARD and shows pride in his professional work. Thank you Kenny and big thanks to Jose. PS Job was perfect that I asked Jose to autograph his name to one of the tiles.
