From the start to the finish Mario, was so helpful, professional and a such a nice person . I wasn't sure of what type of flooring to get to replace my carpeting. Mario was so patient and really helped me find the right fit for my home. Gabriel and his team did such a great job installing, they worked quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I definitely recommend them and will go back when I replace other flooring in my home.

Several weeks ago while coaching youths in the east Orlando area, before and after practices parents and I talk to each other asking "do you know a good contractor for a home project. Surprisingly, All Flooring USA came up several times with very good replies form these parents. As always I referenced BBB Reviews and read about this company. When reading them "All" 46 reviews were 5 out of 5 and mentioning Kenny and Jose as the chosen persons that were credited with outstanding compliments. I had a wonderful experience with All Flooring USA! Kenny came to my home with the samples I requested (which no other company had) and gave me a fair estimate within 24hrs. He worked hard to get the product I wanted ordered and delivered as quickly as possible. Jose did the installation and let me tell you, this man is a WIZARD. First of all, my original was a mess. All Flooring USA is an exceptional flooring company. They installed laminate flooring throughout my home and did a great job. From the initial selection of flooring through complete installation, the process was made very easy and handled with great professionalism. The customer service throughout was top notch. We had our entire house tiled and the experience with All Flooring USA, was incredible. From our initial contact with John and up to the last day, everything went smoothly. The owner, Hector T***** and the Project Manager, Mario came by our home to check on the progress of the work. The workers were meticulous, hardworking, polite, and extremely professional. We cannot say enough great thing about this company and their personnel. We highly recommend them for any flooring services.

Based on my experience, I can only highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service. From the beginning to the very end, the entire project went smoothly. The project as well as the professionalism of the entire staff exceeded my expectations. I was even given regular updates by Mario after I had a question about the process. Kudos to everyone.
