I had an appointment for 10:30 on 8/31 with Sam to come out and measure. He never showed up and never called. I called the other store at 11:00 to report what he did and magically after I hung up he called and left a message saying he was with a customer could he come over now to measure. This was very rude and unprofessional and as a result this company has lost the sale.

I was a costumer before and I end up being a contractor for flooring usa 🇺🇸 in king of Prussia pa and we wasn’t happy with the payroll and the way they managed things. We always have to buy supplies from lowes ur Home Depot to start or finish a jobe putting money out of a packet the was a point the we had to stop working for flooring usa because the prices was not right. I didn't know all floors can remove bad reviews but I guess they can because mine was removed. I was wondering why every review was good because no business is that good. This store doesn't even know what's on their website. I asked for red oak and they have know idea what it looks like even though they have it. They never had the decency to call me back with my estimate. I guess they don't need the work. I wouldn't hire this store if it was the cheapest place around. All flooring came to my house at 11 am on Tuesday. They said I would have the estimate in 2 hours. A day and half later and still no estimate. If they are that slow with estimate I can imagine how slow they would be if I gave them the job. No thank you . I will find someone that wants the work. This was probably a 9000 dollar job that they lost.i called Tuesday night and was told they would call me that night and no one returned my call.

Ordered flooring as antique sepia with stairs, they delivered two different products. The flooring product is Parkay Antique Sepia, the stair product is Parkay Mocha Acacia. Looking at the Parkay website these products are from different product lines. Very disappointed, am I wrong to expect the stairs and floors to match?

We called All Flooring USA to get an estimate on new carpet and fully expected to be buying from them based on a recommendation and reviews. We had an appointment for measurement and they called to reschedule due to over scheduling. When the person arrived he had no samples even though we had asked to see samples at the time. He was told very specifically what grade we wanted and that we didn't want to replace at the current grade of carpet. The installers were extremely messy. They never laid paper over the newly installed wood during installation. Instead they walked all over the wood carrying dirt everywhere. After they "cleaned" there was still a dirty haze over the floor as well as glue spots. When I complained to the owner he said that they would call on Monday or Tuesday to schedule for a return cleaning.
