I expected better from an established company. Two rooms of water damaged flooring had to be replaced. Weeks after the initial installation, it is not complete. The installer broke two appointments to finish. Calls and visits to the store have failed to get a solution. Very disappointing.
Our saleslady Roberta was terrific. She assured us the installers would wear masks and take precautions against the spread of COVID-19. Three men arrived. They refused my pleas and Roberta's (via the phone) to wear masks in our home while doing the job. The lead man said they had all been tested- but didn't say when. After giving my required deposit... having the store manager confirm that they stand by what they say... calling the night before and confirming that the installers will be there by 9 am. I was told they would be there between 9 and 10 am. At 9:30 THE DAY of the installation; the store manager called to say that when they went to the warehouse the flooring was not there. We selected wood flooring, carpet and porcelain tile for our house. Patrick notified us that the wood flooring and tile were discontinued. Tried to get us to settle on a tile that wasn’t close to what we selected. We did find a new wood flooring. We asked for a refund on the tile on May 15th. Refund paperwork was filled out. On June 10th I called corporate. Patrick never filed the refund request. Belinda issued the check immediately. Kudos, high praise for Belinda. Zero stars for Patrick.
