Dont do it. I went in, placed a piece of tile side by side for a perfect match with the sales rep. I left to go discuss it with my tile guy came back to order it, waited a extra day past the arrival date and its the wrong tile. Significantly lighter than what I had.They blamed me for signing a contract for the wrong tile although I brought in the SAME tile I laid 7 boxes of already! They carpeted right over such a bad spot in the floor that if I step on it I will go thru and possibly break an able or leg .
After taking time off work on 3/21 to make it to their store to view carpets and luxury vinyl plank, I requested measurements to assist me in pricing the large project in my home. The salesperson agreed to arrive on Saturday, 4/02 at 9:00 am. When 9:40 arrived and I had not heard anything, I texted the salesperson. He was rather indifferent to the fact he stood me up despite having two weeks' leeway to let me know if something came up. Horrible company. Installed luxury vinyl flooring incorrectly causing $100,000 in damage. Ashlie Butler is a criminal just like her brother. Check out the Better Business Bureau complaints before you buy.
No one here wants to pass along a message. My family has been there physically, had an estimate, then was left hanging for a few weeks. I will update this review if something changes, but as of right now if someone else wants to make a couple thousand dollars we need some flooring re-done.
Worst customer service experience. Worst install. Sales rep mis-quoted me and ended up exceeding my house budget because of her incompetence. On top of being charged more than expected and going over my budget, the quality of install was awful. Very noticeable bubbles in the flooring. They sent out a person to repair the poorly installed, bubbled flooring and they did NOT correct the problem. Two and a half months ago I started the process of replacing carpet in my bedrooms here in Bradenton. It took the salesperson 2 months to get here to do the estimate, which finally happened 3 weeks ago. Now I am waiting for an estimate via a return phone call. Last call I made on Monday, March 15th, I was promised a callback the next morning -- of course that never happened. Stop by today, walked around for 20 minutes and got no help...not even a 'be with you in a minute'..horrible customer service! Went to Ronnie Carpet and got outstanding service!!
Went with Bob's recommended products, carpet in hallways and vinyl planking over a pad in remaining areas. Installers rushed the job and cut the planking too short, noticeable, even with a quarter round in place. The planking (not fitting tight) began to seperate and break at the seams. I question if placing the pad was more to pad the profit line vs benefit the consumer. A representative from Bob's did come out and review my concerns, but no remedy came from it.
