My wife and i went to the Lakeland location, the customer service was exceptional. Chris. A very knowledgeable young man was able to answer all of my wife's questions. Definitely recommend them. Ask for Chris.

My husband and I came into Bobs Lakeland with a very specific piece of flooring we wanted to match. We’ve tried a bunch of other places and was unsuccessful. We gave the sample to the sales representative, Chris and he was able to bring us multiple samples. I can’t be anymore pleased to be able to match my current flooring. Thanks so much! The lakeland location is phenomenal, with knowledgeable and expert staffing they helped me pick out the most beautiful flooring for my new home!! Chris, was beyond exceptional with his knowledge and obvious appreciation for the product, and keen to the customers wants! Explaining every detail of, to do's and what not to do.
