I used Bob's carpet and flooring at 625 N Dale Mabry, Tampa. My sales guy was Daniel. He was very pleasant and nice to work with. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. After taking samples home, I returned to store to order and I had Jay who also was nice and friendly to work with. My installers were Josh and Nico. They were on time, friendly and did a really nice job installing carpet. It looks beautiful! Five stars for installers that were professional and friendly, but three stars for the 53rd Ave E Bradenton store. Our initial visit to the store, we noted that we had read some 'not so nice' reviews and communication was key in signing a contract. Unfortunately questions we posed only got answered due to our constant follow up. We never expected an answer to our questions in 15 minutes, but when 3-4 days pass and we had to constantly follow up left us second guessing our decision. Bobs is the Best for anything flooring in the Clearwater/ Tampa area. We will not go elsewhere for our flooring needs. We are used to NYC quality ( which is hard to find in Fla.), and Bobs delivers. When some of our vinyl plank flooring turned out to be defective, Bobs worked with us. They hired a great crew to remove and reinstall it. Rob and Steve worked hard and made it all perfect.
