We had to exchange some quarter-rounds today and Dell was helpful as always, graciously admitted an error, and promptly and efficiently corrected it. Even the two gentlemen that helped with the actual return and delivery of our replacement items to the car were very nice and helpful. I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, but Ty was the one who brought the replacements out to the car, and I appreciated his help and care with our material and our car. It was a pleasant, professional and efficient experience working with Del in the sales department. Ty and Jason completed the loading ensuring proper loading and wasted no time in getting us on the road. I would definitely recommend anyone here for their flooring.

Had a great experience. I called to inquire about laminate v.s vinyl flooring. Rick quickly answered all my questions over the phone and schedule a appointment for me the next day. Upon entering the store I felt a bit overwhelmed with all the flooring choices. Rick took the time to explain all my options(quality, pricing). I was very appreciative of Rick and ended up buying new flooring that day from him. My rooms look great and instaltion was easy! Would recommend them to all family and friends!
