Got there at 3:05 but was told everyone in meeting so couldn’t pick up carpet. BUT Shawn went to look for someone who could help. Ron and Jay quickly located our 4 carpet rolls and loaded it so it would fit in van. They did it with a smile and made whole experience pleasant.
