I ordered my carpet on11/25/19 and did not have it installed until 1/14/20 because I had issues with getting my room painted first. My salesperson Deann Farchione was very understanding with booking the first date which I had to reschedule. When speaking with the scheduling department they were also courteous when I had to reschedule a second time. Joe and his crew did an amazing job and are true professionals. Every item and wall was treated with care. The entire house was redone quickly yet with a very high level of craftsmanship. For as long as I live in this area I will refer and use Joe.
