Fantastic experience. We recently finished our basement and got multiple quotes from different flooring companies in the area. Prices ranged from $1,500 to $4000 to put new carpet in our basement. The carpet guys were awesome! We had our hardwood floors refinished and a whole house carpeted by them. The entire experience was top notch. The hardwood floors have never looked as good as they do now. It looks like we removed our old floors and installed laminate. My husband and I called the Carpet Guys after getting 3 other quotes. They had the best price and Shawn offered great service during the appointment. An issue arose after installation, and Joe handled it promptly and courteously. He was at my house at 9:30 on a Sunday night working on a solution. The flooring looks great and we appreciate the great customer service. We would use them again.
These guys are great!! I recently needed carpet for my home office, and a friend suggested I give them a call. I didn't really feel like going to a big store to look at samples, but I was concerned that being a small room they wouldn't make time for me. My concerns were laid to rest when they offered to send some one out the very next day, and before the weekend I had beautiful new carpet!! The office people were friendly, the salesman was friendly, and the installers were FAST!
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Carpet Guys to EVERYONE!! I am a recently divorced single female who just moved to the Detroit Area from Denver. I bought a new home in Sterling Heights and needed some new carpeting. I first called Empire today and had an awful experience.
