We received stellar service and I was incredibly impressed with Cascade's ability to work with the tight schedule of our project.
They've done 2 of my floors and both times the results were perfect. Aside from just having a great selection, their staff was amazing. I walked in with very little knowledge and rather than taking advantage of that (like a lot of other stores would have), they gave me sound advice and even encouraged me away from a more expensive line based on what I really needed. Very happy with the floors, the first of which was installed 2 years ago.
