Cascade takes pride in screwing over it's installers. Charges it's installers for material they shorted the job and on numerous accounts shorted the tile to finish their job . This outfit is a joke and would highly recommend a different flooring company.
We chose this company based on high recommendations from others. But we were sorely disappointed in the way they handled their scheduling error and the complaints we had about the installer's careless demolition of our tile floor. It took hours for us to clean our home from all the dust! All we got from this company were multiple apologies and no discount for our time and trouble.
