We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Adam is a very friendly, knowledgeable salesman who helped us choose the best flooring option for our 10 year old home with no pitchy pressure at all. They have a beautiful show room with lots of options to view. It was wonderful to be able to take all the samples home that we needed to finalize our decision. We had a great experience working with Toree and installers Alex and Paul on 2000 sq ft of carpeting. They were on-time, cleaned up everything, carefully moved furniture, and worked around the piano that was put in the front hall while the LR carpet was replaced. Their pricing was competitive, and the installation warranty is great. We had realistic expectations for what could go wrong, but it all went great. THANKS!!
