Excellent Classic Carpet & Rug offers wonderful service and craftsmanship. Jack and Dan are very professional, competent, and personable. They're great to work with. I was very impressed with how our new carpet turned out. They were very helpful when we were trying to decide which products to go with.

Very pleased with the final product Our carpet was spotless after Classic Carpet & Rug was done cleaning and the grout in our kitchen was brought back to life. They were very professional when they came to my home.

Very professional and very nice Classic Carpet and Rug put a runner on my stairs and a few area rugs made. Everything was great! They were on time to measure and install. They did everything that they were supposed to do. They were very professional and very nice. I'd absolutely use them again if I had another project. I recommend Classic Carpet and Rug.

Jack did a very nice job! The request I had for Classic Carpet & Rug was a little bit unusual. I wanted some rug that was already in place in one section of our store's floor taken up. Jack was very helpful and came to assure me the rug could be taken up as I asked. He advised me about the different materials that could be used to replace it, and was absolutely right with his choice of what would be attractive in the space. He was so nice, too!

Everything was very good. Jack of Classic Carpet & Rug is very nice and very accommodating. Everything went fine when they installed a rug on our staircase, so they deserve fives.

They were excellent. Classic Carpet & Rug cleaned the carpet in my living room and dining room. They were nice enough to return to roll out the bulges on the carpet, the ones that form from the carpet being stretched out. So, they cleaned the carpet and they flattened it.

satisfied customer I had a carpet pad that needed to be cut to the size of my new rug. I called three places. The first told me they would come and cut the pad at my home for a fee of $150.00. The second place told me (politely) I could do it myself. Classic Carpet and Rug said to bring the pad in and they would cut it for free. They ended up cutting three different sizes of carpet pads at no charge. They explained that if the customer is satisfied they will use Classic Carpet & Rug when they need the company's services. It's great to work with Classic Carpet. Classic Carpet & Rug put two carpets in my home and cut them to size with the rooms. Dan was very helpful. He came to my house multiple times when there were issues or things needed to be worked out. It was the most custom look I could get.
